The Resort offers over 40,000 square feet of conference, function and exhibit space. Our meeting rooms range from small to large, many with Teton views! Padded chairs, various seating arrangements, pads, pens, ice water, candies, fabric tablecloths, and skirting all work together for a professional impact on your attendees. We have an experienced in-house catering department capable of presenting any size spread, from early morning coffee and freshly-baked muffins, to elaborate buffets and several-course dinners.

Snow King Resort, in conjunction with wyoming.com, Wyoming's leading Internet Service Provider, offers a direct internet connection (shared wireless T1, coax connection) in most of the meeting rooms in the hotel. Dial-up access is available in hotel rooms and condominiums. We also have a business center with internet connection and office applications. We offer ethernet network connections through a shared wireless T1 connection. You may bring your own personal computers and laptops, or our Conference Services department has several sources for renting computer equipment. Whatever your audio/visual needs, from overheads & slide projectors to rear-screen projection and LCD panels for your laptop presentations... it all can be effortlessly arranged.
